You will carry out client reviews, supervise care staff, and ensure high standards of care and compliance across the service. Key Responsibilities

You will regularly visit clients in the community to ensure they feel safe, supported and happy with their care.

You will be supervising and assisting enhanced inmates in the kitchen unit. - Be responsible for the preparation of basic quality foods within a set pre-ordered menu. - Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy, and all stock checks are carried out correctly. - Fill in all relevant paperwork and due diligence forms.

You will have experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation. A natural talent and passion for hospitality. Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles. Good literacy skills alongside excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs.

You will be responsible for leading the team day to day, in all areas of the store, deputising for the Managers, ensuring both the sales floor and behind the scenes runs smoothly. You are an excellent communicator and always work with pace and authority getting the best from the team.

You will be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning.

You will ensure that the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required.

You will distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials and order stocks as necessary.
