You will be supported by an experienced Deputy Manager and an established Regional Manager, ensuring you have the autonomy and resources required to drive quality, compliance and performance.

You will be a visible, hands-on leader with experience managing elderly nursing homes and a genuine passion for dementia care.

You will also enjoy 22 days of annual leave (increasing with long service), an additional day off for your birthday, paid bank holidays, and contractual sick pay. Their industry-leading overtime policy provides time and a half during the week and £25 per hour on weekends, with a minimum of four hours paid, alongside flexible working options to promote a healthy work-life balance.
