You will be expected to visit sites within your region at least once per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the plan set by the General Manager, within their region. This includes ensuring compliance with all legal and safety regulations, optimising productivity, and engaging and managing driver performance.

You will have direct responsibility of all site staff, ensuring they are motivated and able to complete the task at hand. As a Project Manager, you will have a clear understanding of the value of the contract and its duration, have a clear understanding of the client, project expectations and requirements and you’ll play a key role within their senior management team.

You will be critical in preparing the site for safe, efficient, and sustainable operations ahead of commissioning.

You will have extensive senior people management experience within a large, technical or operational environment, with a proven track record of leading complex teams.

You will be responsible for delivering projects from cradle to grave, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. --------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each at different stages and of varying complexity and value (£50k-£400k, occasionally up to £1M).

You will be working at one of our new Fusion centres; it will be upgraded with the latest facilities to lead the way in providing a first-class customer experience and a great working environment.
