You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the role as a Chef Manager.

You will manage your own varied caseload of both proactive interventions and reactive service requests and will also participate in food and water sampling and health promotion activities.

You will participate in duty officer rotas and must be able to undertake site inspections.

You will be part of an innovative and cohesive team of dysphagia therapists.

You will provide support to the families of children with dysphagia, as part of a wider MDT of integrated therapy services.

You will access at least quarterly dysphagia group supervision and CPD sessions, whilst building links with external stakeholders.

You will work as part of a close-knit team who are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of people in Folkestone.

You will use your clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning for people living at home, in care homes or other settings and make sure that people who use our services have a good experience.
