You will be providing personalised care and support to adults with learning disabilities, each with unique support needs.

You will help maximise social opportunities and community engagement, foster warm and trusting relationships with service users, and work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to provide a coordinated and consistent service.

You will support service users to lead fulfilling lives, whether that involves helping them with employment or volunteering, assisting with shopping and social activities, or simply relaxing at home. Our team ensures that service users are as independent as possible while offering the necessary assistance.
