You will support, manage, mentor and develop your team as they typically look after design management on 1-3 projects each.

You will ensure a culture of continuous improvement through communication, sharing of knowledge, experience, challenges and their resolution.

You will be able to support and step in where necessary, plus empower and encourage, build mutual trust and respect with your team.

You will be a key member of the senior project team responsible for the design function and team (both internally and externally) on live schemes.

You will have a proven track record of undertaking design management activities at both tender and construction stages.

You will be selling the company and its products to new and existing clients as well as managing Business Development within a specified region and nominated/growth accounts.

You will receive a basic salary of up to £30,000 + bonus, 25 days holiday, private health insurance and much more!
