You will shape the core technical direction of A1 - model selection, training strategy, infrastructure, and long-term architecture.

You will have full autonomy to experiment with frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible architectures) and build new approaches where existing ones fall short.

You will work with telecommunications data including time series, network telemetry, and sensor data to address complex operational challenges in wireless technology.

You will be a great fit if you: - Have 5+ years full-stack experience, with strong JavaScript/TypeScript depth. - Are backend-leaning, with deep Node. js and API experience. - Have previously worked in early-stage start-ups or very lean engineering teams. - Have extensive evidence of being a hands-on individual contributor in complex codebases.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering, quantum physics, and advanced hardware, enabling precise, reliable, and scalable quantum operations.

You will act as the Siemens NX (NXX) subject-matter authority, defining modelling best practices, methodologies, and automation patterns, while partnering closely with engineering leadership to scale effective ways of working.
