You will lead on developing, contracting and managing the delivery of one assigned programme.

You will also manage the performance of a matrix team, developing their capability to ensure the programme reaches its milestones, with all risk and dependencies well-managed.

You will be adept at coordinating, monitoring and steering individual projects to ensure alignment with programme objectives.

You will be a professional, calm, and approachable individual with experience in a security, stewarding, customer service, or other public-facing operational role.
