You will contribute to the borough-wide education strategy and champion high-quality education and inclusion for one of our most vulnerable groups of children, ensuring they are supported to achieve their full potential.

You will be managing support workers and/or social workers, deputizing for the Team Manager in their absence, and supporting and mentoring other social workers.

You will be supporting a small caseload of more complex foster carers, children, and young people, having sound knowledge of times when support needs to be increased.

You should be confident working with data tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL, and able to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You must be in a position to start the role by 19th December 2025 at the latest due to apprenticeship provider deadlines.

You will operate in the areas of Information Governance including UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including data breaches, Freedom of Information (FOI), Environmental Information Regulations (EIR), Data sharing, Subject Access Requests (SAR) and Third Party Requests.

You will lead the day-to-day operations of therapy and related teams within the Early Intervention Service, ensuring consistent, high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll manage Advanced Practitioners and support service improvements that promote independence, reduce waiting times, and embed digital solutions.

You will work within a small, caring and enthusiastic team providing short breaks for children with disabilities and complex health needs.

You will support the children to enjoy a mix of exciting leisure activities and encourage appropriate friendships within a group setting, both within a community base and in the wider community.

You will work every other weekend between then hours of 08:00am through to 22:00pm.

You must be creative and self-motivating with a strong customer care ethic.

You will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills and the value of promoting independence.

You will be providing support from the Reablement service in the person’s home.

You will provide cover for absent CAs across the borough as directed by the Business Support team.

You will keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and safe and get involved with food preparation, assisting with food service.

You will attend two school kitchen cleaning days prior to the start of the Autumn term and work closely with the school chef.

You will provide advice and support to Governors and Trustees, Headteachers and Executive Leaders about matters relating to school and academy governance.

You will respond to telephone and e-mail enquiries and provide front line, day to day independent advice on governance issues and ensure that each Governing Board operates within the relevant statutory framework.

You will report to the Assistant Director and be part of a client focussed and outcome driven legal and democratic function.

You will lead on and co-ordinate the operational development, management, improvement and delivery of the business aspects of Legal Services including the identification of efficiencies , enhanced client relationships, cost savings and technological based processes.

You will play a key part in driving performance of the Building Repairs and Maintenance Team, supervising framework contractors, whether it is planned or responsive, tenanted or void properties.

You will be responsible for the supervision of contracted works through to completion ensuring a visible on-site presence.
