You must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent). Experience: Proven experience working directly with children and young people in a professional care setting.

You will shape tailored sales strategies aligned to market conditions, asset performance and buyer demand, overseeing the preparation of high-quality sales materials, data rooms and investor presentations.

You will have an established investor network, ideally across London and the wider UK, and be confident operating at pace in a commercially focused, performance-driven environment.
