You will ideally have previous experience of working within a recruitment environment.

You should be extremely personable and confident in approach to both client and colleagues.

You will possess high level of communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal with the ability to listen and empathise with our clients and candidates.

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and negotiating new strategic partnerships for Seopa’s comparison solutions portfolio. While insurance comparison is a core focus, experience in other comparison or switching verticals — such as energy, broadband, mobile, current accounts, or credit cards — is advantageous.

You will manage and report all engineering requirements as per company policies and processes. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we're also committed to supporting flexible working where possible. You will support both your own territory and the wider commercial team to drive growth across product, local, regional, and national levels.
