You will also Optimise WFM scheduling to achieve organisational performance objectives, developing tools/techniques/UDA/technology ensuring full use of system is exploited and contractual SLA are met and benefited from the solution. What you'll be doingScheduling of staff using Work Force Management Tools - either using Verint, Nice, Genesys & Active OPS or other WFM tools.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the development team in investigation and resolution of defects, Technical Debt and the management of Change Requests relating to Applications deployed within the CoE’s production environment and create monitoring/control mechanisms to manage these.

You will be based in one of our small, community-based houses, working as part of a supportive team.
