Retail Assistant jobs in Belgrave

You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.

You will need to work at a fast pace and to a high standard our clients expect. Duties will include the following:

You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.

You will be a positive and solution focused individual with a can-do attitude, as we strive to resolve all customer queries at first instance. Your ability to adapt will enable you to move between different customer contact, whether this is face to face, live chat or on the phone supporting as an overflow to our contact centre.

You will need to have to have a flexible approach as there will be times when you will be supporting other areas of the Store to meet the business needs. Previous retail experience is NOT essential. We have the all the necessary support and training to get you up to speed and delivering excellent service.

You will play a crucial part of the team; contributing towards achieving branch and individual targets through face to face sales; servicing click and collect orders and developing sound customer relationships. Main duties include: Serve trade and retail customers for click and collect and general orders whilst maximising sales where possible.
