You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key enterprise clients.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification and solution positioning to contract negotiation and post-sale handoff, while collaborating closely with internal partners including Solution Executives, Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Customer Success.

You will be office-based with site visits, working on new build and refurbishment healthcare schemes. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tenders - Support the management of project finances and cost control - Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

You will ensure operational KPIs are met whilst striving to achieve the branch and company financial targets driving our SLAs.

You will work closely with both the Regional Manager and Shift Managers to develop and deliver operational plans, ensuring continued high level customer service to your local area.

You will be responsible for supporting day to day running of the branch and will be involved in, developing and coaching team members to realise their potential and develop their skills, as well as leading on our new business generation.

You will have experience winning new business and building long lasting relationships with B2B clients.
