You will be based in Dorking but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support.

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

You will play a vital part in keeping the branch running smoothly and efficiently and providing essential support to the Branch Manager. Experience with our products isn't strictly necessary; if you are a natural leader and can bring great customer service, sales experience and team‐working skills to the table, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.

You will work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you'll bring Good knowledge of the Motor Claims market and ability to identify opportunities.
