You will be responsible for the stores department within Engineering. Shift Pattern – 05.30-17.30, working 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off on a fortnightly rotation.

You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner. Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stockTypical working week will consist of 3-4 x 8-12hr shifts

You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.

You should be great at coaching, able to give feedback to ensure common ways of working. A passion for spotting and driving talent and creating a successful team culture. The ability to resolve challenges and build trust between the store team.
