Key Responsibilities: - Complete product governance reviews to ensure new and existing products/services align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical considerations.

You will chair LAC reviews, oversee care plan progression, and advocate for children and young people.

You will also support training, audits, and practice observation, contributing to service development and embedding a strengths-based and restorative approach to practice.

You will support and engage in integrated, multidisciplinary work to deliver coordinated care.
