You will own the quality gate for our software releases and lead the validation of new hardware revisions.

You will play a critical role in decoupling software development from hardware dependencies.

You will write the test suites that verify if the new hardware plays nicely with the existing software stack.

You must be able to open doors, generate qualified leads and convert into long term relationships. This is a proactive, hands-on-selling role. We are not looking for someone to “strategise and plan growth”. You will need good knowledge of using Control Systems to control the hydraulics, things like closed-loop control, motion control, servo control, PID tuning etc.

You will be working on complex, bespoke test rigs that operate like “testing robots”, combining hydraulics, electronics, controls, software and mechanical engineering at a very high level.
