You will need good knowledge of using Control Systems to control the hydraulics, things like closed-loop control, motion control, servo control, PID tuning etc.

You will be working on complex, bespoke test rigs that operate like “testing robots”, combining hydraulics, electronics, controls, software and mechanical engineering at a very high level.

You will be responsible for transforming raw 3D models into fully functional, "simulation-ready" assets for NVIDIA Isaac Sim. This is not a pure modelling role; it requires a deep technical understanding of USD structures, physics properties (colliders, mass, friction), and Python scripting for automation.

You will act as the Siemens NX (NXX) subject-matter authority, defining modelling best practices, methodologies, and automation patterns, while partnering closely with engineering leadership to scale effective ways of working.

You will teach Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4, with GCSE teaching central to the role and scope to contribute to enrichment or advanced pathways depending on experience. Specialisms in Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering, or Graphics are all welcomed. Lessons are characterised by high expectations, strong routines, and a focus on applying theory to real-world design challenges.
