You will be fully utilised in this role, reducing downtime, improving repair times, and enhancing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

You will plan and deliver lessons, assess and record student work, manage class documentation, and contribute to curriculum development within an agreed framework.

You should be confident using varied teaching approaches, able to work collaboratively within curriculum teams, and committed to supporting learners with diverse needs.

You will take ownership of a varied mentoring caseload, including: - Creating positive, trusting mentoring relationships that inspire change. - Guiding and coaching individuals through their personal goals and challenges. - Supporting behaviour change through encouragement, motivation, and regular structured contact.
