You will have a degree, or equivalent, in an engineering or related technical discipline with previous experience in a manufacturing engineering and/or process engineering background

You will have strong analytical skills and a proven record of technical problem-solving skills along with knowledge of six sigma / lean techniques

You will work closely with Lateral’s in-house structural design team while acting as a trusted technical point of contact for shipyards, production engineers, and classification societies throughout the build cycle.
