You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing interventions to safeguard children and support families in crisis.

You will be an experienced qualified, registered social worker, who has completed your ASYE and have the commitment and passion to be at the forefront of delivering best practice and support to children, young people and families.

You will ensure the highest standards of care, support, and safeguarding while creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for the young people we support. Key Responsibilities - Manage referrals, maintain full occupancy, and oversee effective admission processes.

You will be part of the wider Pastoral Team and lead the attendance administrators and the KS5 Well-being and Attendance Officer. This is a permanent post. Term time plus training days (39 weeks).
