You will collaborate with senior leaders and support staff, with a focus on promoting safeguarding and pupil well-being. Candidates should possess primary teaching experience and ideally have or be committed to obtaining the National Award for SENCO. You will act as an expert on anti-social behaviour, providing a high-quality service and point of contact for customers.

You will be experienced in child in need and child protection work, PLO pre-proceedings, care proceedings and adoption work.

You will manage a team of social workers and family support workers with input from a Managing Practitioner within our new locality structure.

You will be organised and a strong communicator and decision-maker.

You will organise and chair meetings with professionals and families, present cases in Child Protection and CLA reviews, and be involved in court work. Additionally, you will handle Public Law Outline (PLO) cases, ensuring all legal requirements and procedures are followed.

You must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence.
