You will take charge of complex control system projects, either independently or leading a team of 3-5 engineers

You should have knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, IP), experience with model‐based development (Simulink/Stateflow), and the ability to work in structured, process‐oriented environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

You will ideally have: A valid CSCS qualification SMSTS (preferred) or SSSTS (minimum) Experience in asphalt and road laying, with a good understanding of the Specification for Highways Works and BS 594987 Experience delivering project work, including motorway schemes (desirable)
