You will act as a key point of contact for customers and partners, ensuring sales processes run smoothly and efficiently while delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a primary point of contact for customers, retailers, and distributors - Support Key Account Managers and Sales Support colleagues with day-to-day administration

You will be responsible for - - Be an expert consultant and trusted advisor for architects, surveyors, contractors and resellers allowing them to develop mutually beneficial relationships - Takes ownership of the decision maker - Delivers the targets and objectives set by the Project Specification Manager showing initiative to create effective delivery plans

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, supporting sales performance, and maintaining the high standards of presentation and service that define this type of retail environment.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 per hour + non contractual, hourly sales commission.

You will have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service, the ability to work well within a team, the stamina to work on a fast-paced shop floor and the capacity to work calmly under pressure.
