You will be responsible for: • Supporting pupils in class on a one-to-one and small-group basis • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom routines • Supporting children with additional learning or behavioural needs • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement

You will be supporting pupils across the school, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning and provide tailored support to children of different abilities.

You will work closely with class teachers to deliver planned lessons, cover classes when required, and provide targeted support to pupils to help them reach their full potential. This role is ideal for an HLTA who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being a key part of a collaborative school team.
