You will be school locality-based, initially working in The James Young High School and Inveralmond Community High School learning communities, in Livingston, and a variety of community settings, which may include youth clubs, community centres, outdoor learning venues, local churches, private sector venues and care settings.

You will deliver a first line enquiry service to all internal and external school contacts and play a key role in assisting the Admin Officer to ensure efficient support in the operation of all administrative processes within the school. Your also required to assist senior staff by providing accurate, up to date information in various key areas including finance and pupil information.
