You will play a key role in ensuring customers are confident in using our solutions while contributing to an excellent customer experience. The position requires travel across the region, occasional overnight stays, and some unsocial hours. Initial training and team meetings may take place at our head office in West Sussex.

There is an expectation of working collaboratively across the Psychology subject area and potentially more widely across the college and institution to support curriculum contribution.

You will be accountable for the delivery of delegated major technical work packages to agreed time, quality, and cost.
