You will assist with incidents, service requests, and problem resolution, escalating where necessary, and support the wider IT team with technology rollouts and investigations. What you'll do:- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and major problems. - Serve as first point of escalation for 1st/2nd line engineers and specific sites.

You will be responsible for Developing, enhancing, and deploying software solutions using C#. NET, AWS, Kafka, Docker, OpenTelemetry, and RDS databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL). Maintaining and optimising CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
