You will be responsible for transforming raw 3D models into fully functional, "simulation-ready" assets for NVIDIA Isaac Sim. This is not a pure modelling role; it requires a deep technical understanding of USD structures, physics properties (colliders, mass, friction), and Python scripting for automation.

You will have an excellent head on your shoulders for fault diagnostics and be able to find problems that occur on integrated AV / VC systems. This could be a simple connector or issue or something much darker. Hands on skills need to be second to none and you need to work in a quick / efficient manner whilst keeping the end user client happy and informed.

You will benchmark these systems rigorously to ensure they actually work, not just "feel" smart.

You will spend significant time in Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy) building the APIs, data structures, and services that power the product.

You will work alongside full-stack engineers, upskilling the team on AI concepts and best practices.

You will be joining at the ground floor, not as employee number fifty.

You will be the person who knows our tools better than anyone.

You will need to be open to what the business needs.

You will get exposure to every major AI platform before most people know they exist.

You will work directly with a founder who has Big 4 technology and AI advisory experience.

You will work within a small team of firmware engineers who are experts in their field. Although the primary role is to develop firmware for deployment into an FPGA, you may also get the opportunity to write software for our products and test systems or use Matlab to generate and analyse test data or simulate DSP algorithms.
