You will be working 23 hours per week week at Ann House, a service for all gender identities who have a Learning Disability or who are Autistic, or may have additional complex physical on Mental Health needs.

You will prepare, risk assess and implement a range of activities as well as contribute to gathering assessment information.

You will be joining a key team with some great development opportunities both in the technical and managerial streams.

You will also participate in clinical audit, medicals and reports for patients registered at Captain French Surgery.

You will be responsible for overseeing multiple sessions, ensuring the emotional and physical well-being of the children is prioritised at all times. Key Responsibilities:
