You will ensure compliance standards—including those set by the CQC—are maintained, monitored, and embedded across the site.

You will take responsibility for ensuring the audit timetable is met, allocating audits appropriately, and supporting staff to complete, review, and re-audit areas as required.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring equipment reliability, taking charge of reactive repairs, preventive maintenance activities, and fostering continuous improvement in our around-the-clock operations. You will have experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation. A natural talent and passion for hospitality. Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles. Good literacy skills alongside excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs.
