You will use your knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to have direct responsibility for a team of Customer Service Executives.

You will effectively manage your team to deliver excellent customer service and support them by conducting regular 1-2-1’s, coaching and development.

You will be the first responder for incidents and service requests which are logged with the Service Desk ensuring incidents are resolved by priority order.

You will have previous customer service in a customer facing role, utilising email, telephone and face to face communications.

You must ensure that all company policies are adhered to.

You must also ensure that duties are carried out within deadlines whilst providing an excellent level of service to all Informa customers and colleagues. Informa takes the security and privacy of company, colleague and customer data seriously and you are responsible for working securely and supporting this within your duties.
