You will take the lead in delivering projects and collaborate on larger more complex projects. This role will be client facing and will include building new relationships. You will be responsible for managing façade design team. This includes early-stage design development, technical coordination and procurement alignment. The role requires strong technical awareness and confidence working closely with designers, engineers, and specialist suppliers to ensure buildability and compliance are engineered in before manufacture and delivery on site.

You will ensure compliance with all company, local and national standards whilst overseeing quality assurance ensuring these activities are carried out, monitored, recorded and reported.

You will also be required participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and Radis’ housing related support duties when emergency cover is required.

You will join a growing team delivering a wide variety of interesting projects for clients in the private and public sectors.

You will be required to undertake your work with a high degree of diligence and quality in line with Tetra Techs Quality Assurance processes.

You will need to be well organised and able to manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines.
