You will be the key point of contact for our clients and play a critical role in strengthening relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Director of International Business Development.

You will be instrumental in driving new business across the UK, building close working relationships with customers and partners, and supporting our expansion into international markets. The role involves client meetings, events, and occasional travel. Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

You will need a proven track record in either new business or account management positions, and experience of selling to major customers in the video games industry.

You will also leverage your industry network to create new opportunities and grow business across multiple accounts.

You will work closely with the Head of HR and be responsible for report writing and presenting data. Candidates must have a strong public sector background and demonstrate previous experience in managing HR contracts. The position offers a salary of up to £69k (pro rata) with an immediate start, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days a week.
