You will have significant leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing commercial teams.

You will report directly to the Partner and be supported by a team of Audit Seniors, overseeing audits from planning through to completion. This is a varied and hands-on position that combines technical excellence with leadership and client relationship management.

You will lead a motivated team focused on customer satisfaction and sales growth while ensuring health and safety compliance. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in high-volume sales roles, particularly in the plant hire or construction sectors, and possess strong leadership abilities.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and compliance.

You will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model; providing person centred guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.

You will need exceptional communication skills, be reactive to the differing needs of the client and be able to adapt your approach as appropriate.
