You will be managing the Cyber Resilience team and the day-to-day operational management of the CAF Principal B function.

You will need to be able to influence and collaborate with other teams in the organisation, and the ability to build strong internal relationships with other members in the business.

You will be responsible for the transition of projects from the System Design team into the SOC operations ensuring impact analysis, capacity and availability management are considered prior to accepting new projects. You’ll also mentor/oversee members of the SOC Engineering team, ensuring all operational tasks are completed and work tickets updated/closed on time.

You will actively build and test innovative prototypes, experiment with emerging technologies, and even have the chance to contribute to research published at international conferences.

You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role.
