You will report into the Senior Operations Manager for National Accounts and will manage a team of Supervisors and Controllers. What You’ll Be Doing

You will be experienced in Operations/Accounts Management roles within the Security Manned Guarding Industry or the Cleaning/Facilities Management.

You will personally develop some direct and indirect reports to achieve higher billing/leadership levels. As well as actively contributing to both manual/automated processes, projects & resolving any escalated situations with solutions.

You will also mentor junior consultants and champion best-practice engineering across the Version 1 Oracle Cloud Centre of Excellence. Key Responsibilities Integration Delivery & Architecture - Lead the end-to-end design and build of integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/EPM) and external systems using OIC.

You will have the opportunity for development, and we will fund your SIA licence, and as stated previously we pay a 20% shift allowance on top of your basic salary. We promote a diverse culture, and our security officers are role models in exceptional customer service and professionalism.

You will articulate JCI offerings, strategize sales approaches, and ensure customer retention and growth of assigned accounts
