You will need to be honest, hard-working, reliable, trustworthy and have great attention to detail, alongside being an excellent team player. All training will be provided for you on site when you start. Therefore, previous experience in the role is not necessary. All applicants who are interested in the position must pass Prison Clearance, which can take up to 8 weeks.

You will be working alongside the prison clinical team, and will act as the link between external providers and the prison teams to ensure a co‐ordinated approach to transfer planning, which results in effective and timely transfers in accordance with national time scales (e.g. 14 days for mental health transfers).

You will work shifts and nights to keep things running. Compensation & Benefits Annual leave: 25 days on appointment, increasing to 30 days after 10 years' service (calculated on a pro-rata basis) 9 days bank, public and privilege holidays Paid Level 2 apprenticeship in customer service

You will be the go-to person in the office, covering a wide range of tasks for the client.

You will be required to attend each site 1-2 times per week, therefore the successful candidate must be comfortable with regular travel and have immpeccable time management skills.
