You will be required to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates should be educated to Standard Grade (or equivalent) with passes in English and Arithmetic.

You must also have good keyboard/typing skills with the ability to work on your own initiative. Good organisational & listening skills are essential as well as a flexible approach to working.

You will be resilient, enthusiastic and committed to working with older adults to provide strength based, person centred assessment, care and treatment.

You will be committed to partnership working within the MDT and establishing strong working relationships with primary and secondary care services including third sector and voluntary organisations.
