You will ensure all systems are fully operational, compliant, and safe, while maintaining the highest professional standards and delivering excellent customer service. Working Hours The role is Monday to Friday, with weekends optional. Once fully trained and proficient with system knowledge (typically after six months), you will join an on-call rota, covering one week at a time.

You will support in implementing and continuously improving technical cyber security controls across multiple technology stacks, ensuring alignment to security frameworks.

You will also lead the technical deployment of security capabilities to enhance our security posture and protection of digital information assets.

You will have a primary focus of taking an on-site lead in the delivery of fire and security projects, including the installation and commissioning of fire alarm and security-related systems.

You will be working as part of a small and dedicated key account support team, so you will work regularly with a group of fellow Engineers and Apprentices.

You will be working in a well known retail store, a widely known retailer which holds various stock such as make up, skincare, fragrance, hair and more. This role is largely customer service based, with the requirement being to cover the main door, meet and greet customers and offer support, as well as regular patrols and challenging the alarm.

You will also have the reassurance of a job guarantee upon completion.

You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor to help you throughout your training.

You will gain practical experience by using practice labs which enable you to practice and master what you have learned.
