You will be responsible for the safety, security, and well-being of guests attending a wide variety of events and, in all cases, delivering a world-class guest experience.

You will report to an Operations Manager and any supervisors or leadership representatives they duly appoint.

You will be required to provide a high level of customer service to visitors in the centre, complete patrols and remain vigilant at all times. The successful candidate must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence as a minimum and a CCTV Licence is preferred.
