You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.

You will be part of a professional team dedicated to understanding each individual’s unique needs and preferences, tailoring care to support independence and wellbeing.

You will build meaningful relationships, provide emotional support and contribute to a positive, empowering experience for every client and their family.

You must be able to work alternate weekends

You will be engaging in meaningful activities with the people living in our care home as well as always promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect

You will be an enthusiastic, inspiring, and caring individual - passionate about what we do

You will be supported by a senior in charge on every shift as well as a very supportive management team.

You will ensure all residents activity is recorded effectively (training will be provided) and any concerns are highlighted in a timely manner.
