You will be managing a more complex caseload as a Senior Social Worker which will include assessments, visiting children and their families, carrying out interventions, reviewing the work undertaken, direct work with children, young people and families and any other work identified as necessary.

You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.

You will be DipSW, CSS or CQSW qualified and registered with the relevant regulatory body (Social Work England). An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role and will be undertaken by TACT on your behalf.
