You will set and deliver a modern and innovative Client Development & Marketing strategy that elevates brand presence, sharpens market positioning and drives meaningful client engagement. As a senior leader, you’ll influence at the highest level, partnering closely with the Global Managing Partner, heads of groups, and other senior stakeholders.

You will be an experienced private client paralegal who is confident, organised, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.

You will ideally have: - A 2:1 law-related degree (or equivalent experience) - 23+ years experience in a private client paralegal role within a law firm

You will be managing a portfolio of trusts and tax compliance clients as well as providing ad hoc planning and advisory support to the Directors.

You will hold an accountancy or tax qualification such as CTA or ACA and be either already at senior level and looking for a route to manager level and beyond, or a manager looking for their next step.

You will take responsibility for delivering work to clients in line with agreed timelines and budgets.

You will be managing a client portfolio reviewing the work of junior team members.

You will have proven technical knowledge and capability to communicate complex messages to your client base with the ability to ask the right questions.
