You will be an experienced private client paralegal who is confident, organised, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.

You will ideally have: - A 2:1 law-related degree (or equivalent experience) - 23+ years experience in a private client paralegal role within a law firm

You will set and deliver a modern and innovative Client Development & Marketing strategy that elevates brand presence, sharpens market positioning and drives meaningful client engagement. As a senior leader, you’ll influence at the highest level, partnering closely with the Global Managing Partner, heads of groups, and other senior stakeholders.

You will liaise with clients to gather relevant information, request terms from market & existing providers, analyse the market feedback, produce a report and recommendation to clients, instruct insurers to proceed – including relevant completion of forms etc,

You will be a natural "people" person, with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with clients both face-to-face and over the phone.

You will have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.
