You will be responsible for strategic account growth, operational excellence, and making sure our clients feel supported, informed, and inspired.

You will own and grow key client relationships, building trust as a strategic partner while managing ongoing programmes of work, from onboarding and education to usage rights reviews.

You will take full ownership of the end-to-end ecommerce journey—from platform management and conversion rate optimisation to performance marketing and customer retention.

You will be the architect of our email marketing, using Klaviyo to build sophisticated lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back) that turn one-time buyers into lifelong fans.

You must have the ability to work in the UK without a visa.

You will bring enthusiasm for media relations, strong organisational skills, and a keen eye for storytelling – paired with the ability to contribute across both traditional and digital channels.
