Senior Development Consultant jobs in Poole

You will be trusted to help shape the sales approach, not just deliver against it. This role offers genuine career development, exposure to senior decision-makers, and the chance to make a visible impact within a supportive, collaborative team. Initially office-based, with hybrid working available over time once you’re established in the role.

You will be responsible for meeting with clients and providing sales presentations and product demonstrations, working alongside the sales team to book appointments and manage your pipeline. The successful candidate will have strong organisation, time management and a previous track record of achieving sales targets and delivering presentations.

You will work effectively with the AUB Academy Manager, and lead on developing and expanding bespoke course offerings targeted at diverse audiences nationally and internationally.

You will take ownership of market research initiatives, exploring sector needs and competitor trends to inform programme creation and expand partnership development.

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process, from initial client engagement and risk assessment through to system design, costing, and proposal delivery, while nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the construction and security sectors.
