You will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a strong background in financial accounting and statutory reporting.

You must also have a first-level nursing registration as a mental health or learning disability nurse (RMN / RNLD), with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. As this is a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years post-registration experience and management or supervisory experience, training or qualification.

You will lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of construction professionals, subcontractors and suppliers, guiding them through all stages of the build.

You will uphold the highest levels of quality and compliance throughout the construction process, ensuring all works meet both industry regulations and internal standards.

You will manage complex cases, support staff through 1-1 supervision, and work collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver positive outcomes for residents and communities. This role will also contribute to organisational transformation, supporting the review and rewriting of policies and procedures to improve consistency, service quality, and performance.
