You will lead on the negotiation and execution of new funding arrangements, including the operation of our European Medium-Term Note (EMTN) programme, and support our £2.6bn debt portfolio.

You will bring technical expertise, strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently.

You will report directly into senior leadership and be trusted to: Challenge constructively Improve systems and processes Balance day-to-day delivery with longer-term thinking What you’ll be doing; Managing their third-party warehouse and fulfilment partner across the UK and EU, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.

You will lead a department of operational team leaders and their teams (up to 80 colleagues), shaping strategy, driving continuous improvement and process efficiency into the claims journey, and fostering a culture where colleagues are engaged, supported, and empowered to deliver excellence.
